This is a single malt whisky from Bimber, a distillery in west London, bottled from cask no. 144 at 57.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in re-charred American oak casks. It was the second single malt the distillery released. Bimber is one of a number of new English distilleries, and put out its first single malt in 2019.
