Bimber The 1st Peated is a peated single malt from London, distilled in May 2019 and matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 54.1% in a 70cl bottle.
Four casks were combined for this release, which was filled into 1,140 bottles. The peat gives Bimber's fruity, textural malt the intensity of fragrant, smouldering Highland peat smoke.
