Bimber The 1st Release is the first bottling from the English Bimber distillery, created by founder and master distiller Darius Plazewski. It was matured in Pedro Ximénez casks filled in 2016, the distillery's first year of production.
Only 1,000 bottles were made, each individually numbered and presented in an oak box handcrafted by the distillery's coopers. It is bottled at 54.2% ABV.
