Bingham's Bourbon Black is a straight bourbon from Bingham Spirits, bottled at 94 proof. This edition carries a laser etched commemorative signature on the bottle, and the spirit is made using the Persedo C.R.A.F.T. process.
Its colour is described as burnt sienna. The nose is sweet and smoky with a hint of brown sugar, and the palate has a lush mouthfeel with pecans and dried fruit. The finish is spicy, with toasted nuts, marshmallow and a woody note.
