Bird Dog Blackberry is a flavoured whiskey from Kentucky, made by combining wild blackberries with a golden amber bourbon. It is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is sweet blackberry over warm bourbon. Blackberry sweetness leads the palate, giving way to honeyed oak and bourbon. The finish is gentle, with lingering warm bourbon and a touch of sweetness.
