Bird Dog Peach is a flavoured whiskey bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Ripe peach is infused into a Kentucky whiskey base, and it is made by Western Spirits Beverage Company in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
The base is oak-aged, and vanilla and caramel from the barrel sit alongside the fruit rather than covering it.
The nose is fragrant ripe peach with vanilla and light caramel. The palate is smooth and juicy, with fresh peach up front and warm whiskey beneath, leading to a sweet, easy finish.
