Bird Dog Select Reserve is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is deep amber in colour.
The nose brings toasted oak, buttery caramel and a trace of charred vanilla. On the palate there is toffee and caramelised sugar, running over a firm oak backbone, with cinnamon and nutmeg adding a gentle spice that lingers.
