Birra Weizen Biologica - Roveda (75cl)

An organic wheat beer from Roveda, made without pesticides or harmful chemicals in cereal cultivation. It is a Weizenbier with a golden, slightly hazy colour and abundant persistent foam. The nose shows banana, clove and a light citrus touch. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with moderate wheat sweetness, light acidity and lively carbonation. Serve as an aperitif or with light dishes such as summer salads or fish.
