Bitter Campari (3L)

Bitter Campari was created in 1860 by Gaspare Campari, owner of a small bar in Novara, and its recipe remains unchanged. It is the flagship product of the Campari group, used as an aperitif, bitter and amaro, and consumed in over 190 countries. It is made with bitter herbs, fruit and aromatic plants, with water and alcohol. It can be drunk neat or with soda, and is a base for many famous cocktails, including the Negroni. Bright ruby red in colour, it offers fruity aromas of blackcurrant and raspberry with cinnamon, pink pepper, clove and herbal notes. The taste is dry and bitter yet pleasantly round, with sweet vanilla and spice notes, finishing smooth, citrusy and bitter.
