An Italian-style bitter aperitif in a one-litre bottle, made to a traditional recipe with selected aromatic herbs and roots. Deep red in colour, it shows red orange, gentian, chinotto and a light rhubarb note on the nose. On the palate it is balanced and complex, with a gently bitter entry, fresh acidity, citrus layers and a slightly spicy finish. It can be served over ice with orange or used in cocktails such as the Negroni.
