Bitter Sox Quadro (70cl)

An Italian bitter from Sox Spirits, made to a traditional artisanal recipe. It has a deep, vibrant colour and an aromatic profile of herbs, red orange and spices, with a gently sweet balance to its bitter finish. On the palate, official herbs and light balsamic notes give a long, persistent finish. It suits classic cocktails such as Negroni or Americano, or can be served over ice as a digestif.
