Bitter Zanin (70cl, 25%)

Bitter Zanin is an Italian amaro from the Zanin distillery, made from a traditional recipe of herbs, roots and citrus. It has an intense reddish colour and an aromatic profile with red orange and aromatic herbs. On the palate, sweet and bitter notes blend harmoniously, followed by a persistent aftertaste. At 25% vol, it can be served neat, on the rocks, or used in cocktails such as the Americano or Negroni.
