Black Maple Hill 11 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 47.5% in a 70cl bottle. Black Maple Hill has always been a sourced label rather than a distillery, introduced in 2000. This release belongs to the 2026 revival by the independent bottler Rare Character Whiskey Co., which brought the brand back to Kentucky and kept the original 95 proof. Expect toasted oak, dark brown sugar, vanilla bean and orchard fruit on the nose, then silky caramel, candy apple and baking spice. The finish is long, with aged oak, leather and black pepper.
