Black Maple Hill Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon with no age statement, bottled at 95 proof (47.5%) in a 70cl bottle. It is part of the 2026 revival of the label by Rare Character Whiskey Co., which returned Black Maple Hill to Kentucky with an official relaunch in July 2026, after an Oregon spell that began in 2014. The brand was first introduced in 2000. Reported notes include citrus, orange zest, caramel and vanilla bean on the nose. The palate is buttery, with brown sugar, honey, roasted almonds and stone fruit, and the finish is long and clean, with sweet oak, soft pepper and fading caramel.
