Black Skimmer Blended Straight Bourbon (45%)

Black Skimmer is a blended straight bourbon whiskey from Cutwater Spirits, made by blending straight bourbons from several distillers whose whiskeys the brand admires. It is bottled at 45% (90 proof). The blend was selected and put together by the Cutwater team, and it is suggested as a smooth-drinking bourbon. It also features in a Gold Rush cocktail with lemon juice and honey syrup. Tasting notes mention honeysuckle, caramel and vanilla.
