Old Man of Hoy is a Blackadder single malt named after the sea stack off the coast of Hoy in Orkney. This bottling is 19 years old, distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2024 at 59% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in a PX cask and bottled as a Raw Cask. The Old Man of Hoy range is drawn only from single casks of malt distilled on Orkney, and this one carries that Orcadian character. No colouring is added and it is not chill-filtered.
