Blackadder Raw Cask Ardmore 14 Year Old 2011 Ex-Laphroaig Cask

This is a 14 year old Ardmore single malt Scotch from Blackadder's Raw Cask range, matured in an ex-Laphroaig cask. Raw Cask bottlings are complete casks and contain cask sediment. Blackadder was founded in 1995 by Robin Tucek, who runs the family business with daughter Hannah and son Michael. The company holds that the cask gives a whisky most of its flavour, and says it does not chill or heavily filter its whiskies or add caramel colouring.
