Blackadder Raw Cask Millstone Zuidam 7 Year Old Dutch Single Malt PX Sherry

This is a 7 year old Dutch single malt from Zuidam's Millstone distillery, bottled by Blackadder in its Raw Cask range and matured in PX sherry. Raw Cask bottlings are complete casks and contain cask sediment. Blackadder was founded in 1995 by Robin Tucek, who runs the family business with daughter Hannah and son Michael. The company holds that the cask gives a whisky most of its flavour, and says it does not chill or heavily filter its whiskies or add caramel colouring.
