Blackadder Raw Cask Peat Reek 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky 2002 (70cl)

Blackadder Raw Cask Peat Reek is a 10 year old single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. The name refers to the smell of burning peat, whose flavours pass to malting barley as it dries slowly while the smoky reek is drawn over it. For this bottling, Blackadder selects only casks of whisky made from barley heavily impregnated with the phenols and creosols of a gently smouldering peat fire.
