Blackland Prairie Gold Bourbon 100 Proof (50%)

Prairie Gold is the flagship bourbon from Blackland Distilling, bottled at 100 proof (50% abv). It is cooked, fermented, distilled and aged in Texas, using grain from Texas farmers. The mash bill is 80% Texas yellow corn and 20% Texas triticale, and the whiskey spends a minimum of three years in new American oak barrels. It is described as bold in flavour, with a subtle and remarkably smooth finish.
