The toasted character adds extra warmth and depth, with oak and rye spice running through a full-bodied profile. It can be taken neat, with a few drops of water, over a large ice cube, or in a Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
Tasting notes mention baking spice, toasted oak, vanilla and caramel on the nose, with brown sugar, pepper and charred wood on the palate, and a long, warming finish of oak and cinnamon.
