Bladnoch 16 Year Old is a Lowland single malt from The Galloway Collection, in a 70cl bottle at 46.7% ABV. It was matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks, chosen by master distiller Dr Nick Savage for this release.
It won gold at the World Whiskies Awards 2025 and was named best Lowland single malt in its age category.
Dark chocolate and orange peel meet raisins and sultanas on the nose, with fine wood spices. The palate recalls juicy fruit cake with dried fruit, sweet cinnamon and chocolate, and the long, full finish ends slightly dry.
