Pure Scot Virgin Oak is a blended Scotch whisky from Bladnoch, the distillery in Dumfries and Galloway that was revived in 2015. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The blend brings together selected single malts and grains from across Scotland and is finished in virgin American oak casks.
The nose and palate are smooth, with honey, vanilla and toasted oak. Gentle spice and bright citrus follow into a clean finish.
