Bladnoch Samsara is a limited-edition Lowland single malt from the Bladnoch distillery, founded in 1817 at Wigtown. It was matured in a mix of ex-bourbon casks and ex-California red wine casks, and bottled non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose offers honey, plum, vanilla and oak. The palate is sweet and soft, with vanilla, orange and honey, and the medium-length finish brings raisin, honey and a dash of cinnamon.
