Bladnoch – Samsara

Bladnoch Samsara is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Bladnoch distillery in Galloway, on the River Bladnoch in south west Scotland. The distillery dates back to 1817 and is one of six remaining in the Lowlands. The whisky is a copper gold colour. The nose is concentrated, with fruit compote, plums, vanilla and orange blossom. The palate starts sweet and winey, then dries slightly before more plum and vanilla, some citrus and a malty core. The finish is mellow and winey with a spicy, lingering tail.
