Bladnoch Vinaya is a single malt from the Scottish distillery Bladnoch, one of the oldest still working, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in a mix of American oak ex-bourbon casks and Spanish oak ex-sherry casks.
The nose offers citrus, honey and vanilla, with hints of raisin and chocolate. Green apple and caramel come through on the soft palate, with a light spice. The finish is long and fresh, with dried fruit and a little oak.
