Bladnoch Vinaya is a single malt in a 70cl bottle, made at the Bladnoch distillery in Wigtown in the Lowlands, which was founded in 1817. It was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The nose is sweet and fresh, with flowers, grass and apple. On the palate come green apple, milk chocolate and white pepper, leading to a light, refreshing finish.
