This Blair Athol single malt from the 2008 vintage is an independent bottling by Murray McDavid, at 54.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Blair Athol stands at the southern end of Pitlochry, in the Highlands. The distillery was rebuilt in 1949 on the same site where a distillery had operated since 1798, and its single malt is at the heart of the Bell's blend.
