Blanc de Blancs Brut from Monogram is a Franciacorta DOCG celebrating Chardonnay grapes grown in Franciacorta. It has a bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and fine, persistent effervescence. The nose offers fresh fruit such as peach and citrus, white flowers, and light notes of toasted bread and almond from ageing on the lees. On the palate, lively acidity and a creamy body give a harmonious, persistent sip with a clean finish. It suits fish, shellfish and light starters, and works as an aperitif or for celebrations.
