Blanc De Blancs Extra Dry - Cerbio

An Italian sparkling wine made exclusively from white grapes, in the Extra Dry style. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose is elegant and complex, with fresh flowers, white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, and a subtle citrus touch. On the palate it is balanced, with pleasant acidity, while the fine perlage gives a creamy and persistent sensation. It is ideal as an aperitif and also pairs with light starters, fish and seafood dishes.
