Blanquette de Limoux Cuvée Françoise Rosé Brut Antech

A pale rosé sparkling wine from Antech, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose shows crisp red berries, rose petals and a citrus hint, keeping the profile lively; freshness is immediate, with subtle sapidity, while the body stays slender and elegant. On the palate it is smooth, supported by good acidity and light creaminess, with bubbles that do not weigh it down and a clean persistence. Serve cold, around 8-10 °C. It works as an aperitif and with shellfish, delicate cured meats, light savoury tarts and fresh cheeses.
