Blanton's Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 46.5%)

A single barrel bourbon, described as the first of its kind in the world. Each bottle is filled by hand from selected barrels aged in Buffalo Trace's Warehouse H, and sealed with a horse-and-jockey stopper. It is bottled at 46.5% ABV (93 proof) in a 75cl bottle. The nose is typically described as toasted orange peel, coconut cream pie, strawberry liqueur, pipe tobacco and sandalwood. On the palate come toffee and chewy caramel, with touches of dark chocolate and golden raisin, leading into a spicy finish.
