Blanton's Gold is a single barrel bourbon bottled at 51.5% ABV. Blanton's is the original single barrel bourbon, made from a sour mash of corn, rye and malted barley and matured in American white oak casks.
The nose offers caramel, honey and tobacco. On the palate tobacco and honey return, with hints of butter and pepper, and the finish is long and rich with oak, vanilla and toffee.
