Blanton's Green Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery, bottled from a single cask at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Blanton's Green Edition series.
It is matured in virgin oak, carries no added colouring and is not chill-filtered.
The nose is usually described as vanilla, caramel, honey and fine oak. On the palate it is mild and balanced, with toffee, spice, corn and a restrained sweetness, leading to a soft, round finish.
