Blanton's Special Reserve is a single-barrel bourbon from the Blanton's range, often known as the Green Label. It is bottled at 40% ABV, or 80 proof, in a 70cl bottle.
The lower proof makes it a gentler way into the Blanton's single-barrel style, and it can be served over ice or in a cocktail.
The nose is slightly floral, with cedar and raisin between soft vanilla. The palate is light and airy, with vanilla and toffee around dried fruit and white pepper.
