Blanton's Straight From The Barrel is a single-barrel bourbon in a 70cl bottle. Blanton's was first introduced in 1984 as the original single-barrel bourbon, and the strength of each bottling depends on which barrel is used.
The bourbon is matured in American white oak barrels.
The nose is ripe fruit, citrus and spice, followed by oak, vanilla, chocolate, toffee and beeswax. The palate is full-bodied and spicy, with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, vanilla and ginger.
