Blended 46 Year Old by Living Souls x Little Brown Dog (70cl, 41.2%)

This is a 46 year old blended Scotch whisky, a collaboration between Living Souls and Little Brown Dog. It brings together three whiskies from the late 1970s: a lightly peated 1978 Glen Garioch malt, with grain whisky from 1978 Cambus and 1979 Carsebridge, two closed distilleries. It was bottled in 2026 at a cask strength of 41.2% in a 70cl bottle. The nose offers tinned lychees, cream soda and banoffee pie. The palate moves through pink grapefruit, blueberry panna cotta and ripe peach, with a faint wisp of old oak smoke. The long finish is of sherbet dib dab and rooibos tea.
