This is a 21 year old blended Scotch from Fruitful Spirits, put together by their blender Andrew Wilson. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, and this batch is the latest release.
The blend is described as balanced and deep, with vibrant fruit, baking spice and polished oak.
The nose shows vanilla cream, toasted coconut, honeyed cereal, orchard fruits and polished oak. The palate has silky caramel fudge, tropical fruit, honeycomb, butter pastry and mellow oak. The finish is long and warming, with vanilla, citrus oils, oak and barley sweetness.
