This is a 9 year old single malt distilled at Benriach and bottled by Blind Summit from a single cask. It was given a six-month finish in a Pedro Ximénez cask, and it is bottled at 56.3% without chill filtration and with natural colour. Only 210 bottles were released.
The nose combines Ribena and redcurrant with dried fruit, spice, white chocolate and a fresh alpine note. On the palate it is light yet complex, and the PX finish adds its sweetness without overpowering the character of the malt.
