Blood Oath Pact No. 11 is the eleventh edition in the Blood Oath series of bourbons, in a 75cl bottle. It blends three bourbons: a 14-year-old rye-recipe bourbon, a 10-year-old wheated bourbon and a 7-year-old rye-recipe bourbon that has been finished.
The finishing casks are añejo tequila barrels from the mountains of Jalisco, Mexico.
The nose offers oak, vanilla and subtle spice. Caramel and honey run through the palate, with a hint of agave from the tequila barrels, and the finish is long and warm with spice and sweetness.
