The fourth annual Pact from Blood Oath, a Kentucky straight bourbon from Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is a blend of three bourbons, one of which was finished in Caribbean rum barrels while the other two were not finished.
The rum barrel finish is the defining choice for this Pact, and it sets No. 4 apart from the wine and spirit finishes used in other releases in the series. It is described as adding dark sugar, molasses and tropical sweetness to a foundation of bourbon caramel and grain.
