Blue Run Flight Series II 'Tahoe Powder' is a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 58% ABV (116 proof). It is a limited edition from Blue Run's Flight Series, drawn from carefully chosen barrels. The bottle carries the Blue Run butterfly emblem.
The name refers to a bright, crisp and layered flavour character, with deep caramel and oak balanced by subtle spice and warm sweetness.
The nose is brown sugar, vanilla bean and toasted oak, with a hint of baking spice. The palate offers rich caramel, dark chocolate, cinnamon, roasted nuts and sweet corn. The finish is long, warming and velvety, with lingering oak spice and toffee sweetness.
