On the nose, tasting notes describe vanilla bean, lemon zest, honey and hints of juniper. The palate brings sweet caramel, toasted oak, baking spice, bright citrus and gentle herbal notes. The finish is long, with vanilla cream, spice and a fresh botanical lift.
