Blue Run High Rye Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 55.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is made from barrels contract distilled for the brand at Castle & Key Distillery, using a higher-rye recipe, and matured in charred oak.
The usual bourbon sweetness is balanced by peppery, savoury rye spice. The long finish brings herbal white tea together with peach and clove.
