Blue Spot 7 Year Old is a cask strength single pot still Irish whiskey, bottled at 58.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mixture of malted and unmalted barley and distilled in copper pot stills.
The nose offers orchard fruits with honey and marzipan, over undertones of cocoa and seasoned oak.
On the palate come ripe plum, apricot and sweet spices, with hints of toasted oak and vanilla.
