Blurry Moon is a spirit from the Distillerie Gimet, distinguished by its purity and a sophisticated selection of ingredients. It is distilled in traditional copper stills from locally sourced raw materials of high quality, with each batch distilled separately and then rested. In the glass it is crystal clear. The nose shows lively aromatic herbs and a subtle citrus memory, while the palate is balanced and intensely pleasant. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for refined, complex cocktails.
