Bobby's Schiedam Jenever is a Dutch jenever, the forerunner of modern gin. It is made from a malt spirit with juniper berries, peppercorns, lemon peel, lemongrass and cardamom added.
It is clear and colourless. The nose begins with vegetal notes that turn more spicy over time, then juniper and citrus. The palate is full-bodied, enveloping and direct, with a character that stays elegant. It suits a gin and tonic.
