Bolla Lugana DOC

A white wine from Bolla, made solely from Turbiana on the shores of Lake Garda, where a mild climate and morainic soils give the grape refined character. It is bright straw yellow, with delicate aromas of white flowers, fresh fruit such as peach and citrus, and typical almond notes. The palate is fresh and lively, with balanced acidity and structure, pleasant sapidity and good persistence. Steel ageing preserves the aromas. It suits fish, lemon risotto and white meat.
