A Valpolicella with an immediate, pleasant profile. It is bright ruby in colour, with a bouquet dominated by fresh red fruit, cherry and small berries, plus a delicate herbaceous note. The palate is slender but well built, supported by lively acidity and soft tannins.
Best drunk young, it is versatile with warm starters, light ragù pasta, grilled white meats, pizza, cured meats and fresh cheeses. Serve cool, around 16-18 °C, to highlight its freshness and aromatic vivacity.
