Bols Apricot Brandy is an apricot liqueur from the Netherlands, in a 50cl bottle at 24% ABV. It is made with the juice of fresh apricots, with orange added for a rounder, fuller flavour, and it has a golden colour.
It is used in cocktails such as the Mai Tai, Zombie and Apricot Fizz, and also works in a simple mix with orange juice or soda. Serve it at 8-10°C.
The flavours are apricot, orange and almonds.
